Married 911 dispatcher faces dismissal at work after being accused of "s*xting" her colleagues

A married 911 dispatcher is accused of sending s*xually explicit messages to seven police officers, having multiple affairs, and ruining several marriages, including her own.

But DailyMail.com has learned that Krystle Perez, a Texas 911 dispatcher who has been suspended, may have even more raunchy crimes on her record.

Giancarlo Perez, Perez’s ex-husband, found sleazy messages on her phone and told her bosses at the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office in San Antonio. Perez was put on unpaid leave earlier this month.

The 38-year-old siren is accused of having “affairs outside of marriage” with a number of co-workers, including the married Sgt. Reynaldo Salinas and Deputy Juan Leal, to whom she texted:

I can lay on you and k*ss you all over … thinking of my daddy.

All three could be fired if they don’t win their appeals, and another three officers could face disciplinary action if any of the trysts happened while they were on duty. The Internal Affairs investigation is still going on.

Since the end of her marriage to San Antonio police officer Todd Tackitt in 2012, Perez, a mother of three, has been plagued by rumors that she cheated on her husband.

In divorce papers, Tackitt said that their four-year marriage had become “unsupportable due to discord or conflict of personalities.” He also said:

Petitioner [Perez] has committed adultery.

Sources say that, like Giancarlo, he found text messages that his then-wife had sent to her lover that told him about her fling.

Tackitt, who is 38, would not talk about the breakup because she and Perez are still fighting over custody of their two teenagers.

Within a year of getting divorced, Perez remarried Giancarlo and had another child with him. She then went to work as an overnight dispatcher at the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, which has 1,900 employees and a $135 million annual budget.

Late last year, however, when business consultant Giancarlo looked through his wife’s phone, he allegedly found l*wd messages to six sheriff’s deputies and a City of Converse police officer. This caused their relationship to end.

They use emojis to reference body parts, they talk about k*ssing, m*king out and these s*xual connections,

sickened Giancarlo, 41, told News 4 San Antonio.

She was the love of my life and it was very distraught, heartbreaking, I was in disbelief.

In one of the messages that were given to investigators, Perez and Salinas, who is 52 years old, allegedly wrote to each other:

I feel so hott and S*xy when Im in you (sic).

F**k yea you do. I can feel it – all of it – and I love it,

the dispatcher replied, according to a screen grab taken by Giancarlo.

When the patrol sergeant said that the two of them “need another hotel day,” Perez told him:

Yes!!!!!!!

Salinas, who has worked in law enforcement for 18 years, then said:

None stop for as long as possible (sic).

At least one message seemed to have come from Salinas while he was working.

The text, which was sent at 10:20 p.m. on a Friday, said:

I get off at midnight, came in early.

The alleged conversation between Perez and Leal is just as bad. The randy mom texted her coworker to say:

I can’t wait for more time to open up so I can fill us in it.

Leal, who was given a one-day suspension in 2017 for acting in an unprofessional manner, replied:

Yes baby, I can’t wait.

Leal also wrote to Perez:

I can’t wait for us to be naked and us caressing each other and then kissing each other ALL OVER!!!!

Perez was reached out at her five-bedroom, suburban San Antonio home to talk about the investigation this week, but she stared a DailyMail.com reporter in the face and stormed off in silence.

Sources close to the couple say that Giancarlo knew for a long time that his wife was cheating on him, but he tried to fix the marriage but failed.

After he told Internal Affairs on December 6 of last year that she was allegedly jumping from bed to bed, Perez filed for divorce on December 14. In an affidavit, she said she was afraid for her safety.

In the preceding months leading up to this filing my husband’s behavior has changed to the point that I am concerned about his mental stability and for the safety of myself and our son,

Perez wrote.

She said that Giancarlo asked her to quit her job as a dispatcher out of the blue last November. He also started going through her cell phone, which made her decide to get a new one.

This action enraged him,

she added.

Perez says that on December 1, her husband sent her a series of messages that said he was watching her at work.

He again told me I needed to quit my job or he would make false reports to get me fired,

Perez wrote, making no mention of what the supposedly false claims were about.

I knew this was the next level and I needed to share with a supervisor and update my friends that if they did not hear from me unexpectedly to please have a welfare check on me,

she went on.

I am aware that he has the ability to become violent and that coupled with his current erratic behavior scares me.

Perez wrote, but he didn’t say anything about what the false claims were about.

Perez said that the incident led to a big fight on December 5, and Giancarlo allegedly told their crying 8-year-old son that his mother wanted him to leave because she was cheating on him.

The 911 dispatcher says that after Giancarlo moved out of their $400,000 home together, he tried to change the security cameras.

On December 19, a judge in Bexar County gave Perez a temporary restraining order that said he couldn’t come back.

Jennifer Espronceda, Giancarlo’s lawyer, said that Perez’s claims were “completely false.”

When you have a contentious divorce it’s common for the wrongdoer to use false allegations to deflect from bad conduct,

Espronceda told DailyMail.com.

There’s no need to make inflammatory statements when you have the facts on your side. Absolutely everything Giancarlo states can and will be proven through objective evidence in court.

The attorney added:

My client is devastated and deeply affected by his wife’s actions but it’s not just about them.

It’s impacting the lives of their children, her children by her previous marriage, her ex-husband who dealt with this before.

It’s the brothers, the fathers, the families, the wives of the men she’s slept with. There’s a whole web of pain and hurt.

Deputy Jason Jarvis is also said to be one of the accused officers. His disgusted wife, Jessica, told a local news station about him and filed for divorce, saying that he told her he had an affair with Perez.

News 4 San Antonio says that Jarvis, who is 44 years old, has been banned for 30 days.

These are people that are supposed to be protecting us, serving and making sure the community is safe,

Jessica, 45, told the station, fighting tears.

Lawyers for Tackitt and Perez did not respond to requests for comment. Perez still has a large “thin gold line” flag, which honors emergency dispatchers, flying from a flagpole at her house.

Even though Perez and the other officers don’t seem to have broken any laws, they are being punished because they broke the sheriff’s office code of conduct.

A spokesman said:

On December 6, 2022, a complaint was filed with BCSO Internal Affairs regarding a dispatcher, Krystle Perez, regarding having extramarital relations with several Bexar County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Deputies.

The Deputies involved in this case included Deputy Juan Leal, Sgt. Reynaldo Salinas, and three other BCSO law enforcement officers who are currently going through the disciplinary process.

At the onset of the investigation, the complainant provided Internal Affairs investigators with explicit text messages exchanged between Krystle Perez and five BCSO law enforcement officers.

As a result of the investigation, Krystle Perez, Deputy Juan Leal, and Sergeant Reynaldo Salinas were issued proposed terminations, however, they are still undergoing the appeal process and the outcome of this proposed dismissal is still pending.

Additionally, the investigation into this incident remains ongoing.

After the Maegan Hall s*x scandal that rocked the La Vergne Police Department in rural Tennessee earlier this year, the Bexar County incident happened.

Hall and four other police officers were fired after an internal investigation found out that Hall slept with coworkers while on duty, took her top off at a “Girls Gone Wild” hot tub party, and played Str*p Uno.

Perez’s lawyer, Jessica Estorga-Johnson, didn’t respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com at first, but she did make a statement a few hours after this story came out.
